Coaching the WIN - Mentor Teachers in 5 Minutes 2627 (PAID COURSE)

This 2 HOUR course gives mentor teachers and coaches a framework for mentoring and coaching other teachers. Using the WE Factor Framework, mentors and coaches learn how to identify where teachers have strengths in their efficacy and where they are struggling in their ability to meet the needs of students. Participants will learn how to use the WinkEd Coaching Protocol, a 5-minute coaching protocol, to guide mentees, teachers, teams, students and even parents to develop a plan of action to transform their struggles into strengths.
