6 HOURS Professional Learning Credit This course is designed for Oklahoma public teachers to help them earn the highest rating on the Tulsa model evaluation instrument. The course is designed to take teachers through the 7 levels in the Hierarchy of Instructional Excellence developed by John Wink and show how implementing the strategies within the Hierarchy of Instructional Excellence will help teachers improve their performance on the state evaluation rubric. In the course, John will discuss the language in the rubric and how you can quickly ramp up your performance to become a distinguished teacher. SPECIAL NOTE - This course does not replace the required training by your district or state.
