Education has never been greater than it is today. So many kids are growing by leaps and bounds, but our teachers and leaders are drowning from taking their next step for lasting improvement. With this challenge, the question that most of us grapple with is this question.

How do we get better in an easier way?

Let's be honest. There are a ton of ways to get that done.

New resources,
New ideas,
New technologies,
New methodologies.

But with all the new that comes at us every 5 minutes throughout our day, through our phones, and through the people we interact with, educators have a major problem.

We are addicted to addition.

We keep adding to our plan, but when was the last time we subtracted from it. Our plates have turned into platters and it is killing our entire profession.
